Pros
Ducommun is a wonderful place to work with good people. The pay is competitive for the area. The work is challenging but gives you a good feeling of accomplishment. If you’re looking for a job with good people, great pay, excellent insurance, and a purpose I highly recommend this facility.
Cons
The Union. They only protect the job of the lazy individual who show up but don’t do their job. They take your money and provide you with no protection unless you simply want to be a defiant individual. The Union is a radical con-artists organization.
