      A lot of time to work, slow pace at times.

      Cons

      - Little pay - Little raise/bonus. I've worked there for half a year and got paid more than people who worked there for 12+ years. - Management was lacking - Very picky on OT, chose specific people

      Management lacking in true leadership qualities and follow through. Many employees are quick to point the finger to find fault with another employee. Negative culture. A number of long-term employees have only worked at Ducommun (or previous company name) and continually grumble about their job but don’t look elsewhere. They don’t have well-rounded work work experience and continually do things “the way we’ve always done things”, which can be very inefficient. Redundant work. Lacking in technology which makes room for errors.
