Entry level Friendly coworkers The work itself is alright Plenty of hours Job security Decent insurance Can look pretty cool on a resume if you word it right

Cons

A lot of mandatory overtime They don't allow you to leave when there's a lack of work, even on overtime Disorganized/poor communication Not much in the way of raises "A/C" advertised is minimal and ineffective Poor upper management Not very forward thinking

Pros

Good production team to work with. Paid time off and yearly bonus a plus.

Cons

Local management is poor in its decision making. We didn't see much in the way of appreciation during the pandemic even though we're essential employees due to providing National Security and military support. Local management is good at trying to place the blame on the union when things don't go their way or they make a bad decision. Only one member of management left from our old company and they've seemed to forgot how to work with the union in the interpretation of the CBA.
