unlimited overtime, you can basically write your checks and the workers are extremely friendly.

Cons

on top of being underpaid, management will always look down on you. anytime you have an idea just keep it to yourself because they will look right past you and not even consider it. they take hard workers for granted and do not use them to their potential. then they will fire you for no reason. Ive seen this multiple times and it happened to me. you are used and that is it. not worth the suffering in the 100 degree heat that they refuse to A/C.
