Pros
There are a handful on people on the production floor that are great to work with. Unfortunately most of the good ones don't stick around long
Cons
They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear during your interview, you will soon find out most of it is BS. They only want yes men. They will fire you just for being honest. Managers, supervisors, and leads turn into vindictive children if you don't tell them what they want to hear. They blame production employees whenever they screw up. Management, Supervisors, and Leads are toxic manipulators especially on 1st shift. If you didn't have mental health issues before you will with in 6 months of working there. Don't expect to use your PTO when you want or need to. They will interrogate you and try to guilt you into doing something extra for them in return.
