      Pros

      Dudek puts a ton of effort into their culture, and it shows. They are really transparent about what the company's goals are, which makes it easier to plan your own path. All the teams are super friendly, smart, and passionate. I'm very proud to be working at a company like Dudek.

      Cons

      The work-life balance could be improved, and it seems like the advertised 'flexible hours' really only goes for starting earlier and leaving earlier, not starting later and leaving later. Adding a bit more flexibility with the hours (when possible) would make a huge difference.

      Pros

      Wonderful employee-focused trust-based culture. I have never worked at a company quite like Dudek. They are constantly lifting employees to help them do their best.
