      Pros

      Easygoing company culture, friendly staff. Entrepreneurial spirit encouraged, a variety of projects. A lot of fun.

      Cons

      Very limited support from management and bad management structure. Severely underpay employees. your experience is dependent on your supervisor and how much you can advocate for yourself. Very poor feedback cycles and unclear path for advancement.

      With only being here a little over a year ,I am impressed with the support Dudek has to offer. For me that is a big plus. Shows me this company realizes the importance of having a good working relationship. I hope to see in the coming future a continuation of equipment upgrades and station overhauls.

      Give me another another year on this one.
