      Pros

      Great firm for those looking to establish their own niche and find interesting projects to tackle. Excellent trust between staff with minimal micro-managing. Great cross-division collaboration.

      Cons

      As a for-profit business we're often unable to take on projects in underserved communities without them having access to external financial support (although our grant writing group is kicking butt here and helping bridge much needed support to these communities).
