      Great place to grow

      Pros

      Great for people that like to take charge and carve out their own path. A culture that fosters teamwork, cooperation, and a lot of passionate, fun people. Appreciate the transparency that the company offers it's workforce, and never feel like a pencil-pusher or a cog in the wheel.

      Cons

      The flexible hours is a bit misleading, since it isn't as flexible as other places I've worked. There are some growing pains of an expanding company, so things can get lost in the shuffle.

      Pros

      Good team environment. People are supportive. Nice office locations (Encinitas & Point Loma) Work remote, flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Can be hard to find billable hour, and time accounting can be tedious. This is not unique to Dudek but a characteristic of the consulting industry in general.
