      Pros

      The company's culture remains familial and fun even with growth in the five years that I have been with the firm. The people are great to work with and the flat structure ensures that everyone is accessible from the President/CEO to the newest employee.

      Cons

      The only con has been not being able to work with people in person due to the pandemic, but Dudek was ahead of the curve with a rollout of full Zoom capabilities prior to the shutdowns.

You are absolutely right, we do have a great culture, great people and amazing management! Also, we'd like to add that since this review was posted, Dudek has revamped our policy and we now offer more robust PTO and floating holidays to use year-round! Thanks again for this feedback!

      Dudek is a great company to work for!

      Pros

      The culture at Dudek is what makes it such a special place to work. The company provides a stable platform of resources for employees to be able to perform at high levels and they encourage work-life balance. 'Dudekians' work hard and have fun meeting challenges together. There is a level of trust and respect among each other to 'do the right thing' which creates a healthy work environment, happy employees, and ultimately, happy clients!!

      Cons

      I seriously have not found any Cons at this company (maybe just one - we need to bring back Grill Club once COVID is over!)
