Thank you for sharing your perspective. You are right, at Dudek, we value a productive environment over a formal environment. Offices and teams work together based on client and employee needs. This has resulted in steady and consistent growth over the last several years as we continue to take on new and exciting projects. The heart of our progress remains our culture. As we grow, we strive to protect and nurture that culture. It’s a challenge to keep everyone happy, but the goal is to keep everyone focused on how we work best: as owners, as teammates, and as world class problem solvers…. who have fun doing that!
