Pros

Decent pay, remote/hybrid work, nice office spaces, and some interesting projects.

Cons

The company is becoming increasingly corporate with a shrinking list of benefits. Middle management is out of touch and more concerned with profit margins than the quality of the work. Thoughts and concerns expressed to upper management are frequently ignored. Expect to work many unpaid hours here and to grind away to maximize the bonuses of middle and upper management.

I've been with Dudek since May 2023, and I have to say, I have nothing but pros. I'll list them here. . . 1. Magnificent Schedule Flexibility 2. Generous/Employee-Minded Management Team. 3. Excellent Pay (Hourly/Salary). 4. Great Experience For Entering Into the Environmental Industry. 5. Company-Paid Travel Assistance For Out-Of-State Work.
