      Great Culture; Chronically Underpaid Employees

      Pros

      Easygoing company culture, friendly staff. Entrepreneurial spirit encouraged, a variety of projects. A lot of fun.

      Cons

      Very limited support from management and bad management structure. Severely underpay employees. your experience is dependent on your supervisor and how much you can advocate for yourself. Very poor feedback cycles and unclear path for advancement.

      Pros

      I love working for Dudek because they appreciate my hard work and help me achieve my career goals. Management here makes sure you are in the right place and are not overwhelmed and unhappy with your daily responsibilities. Moreover, the people you work with are the nicest and are on top of things. Everyone works very hard and you feel like you are one great team working towards something very important. You help the company grow and the company helps you grow in return. I love that approach.

      I don't really have anything negative to say about Dudek.

      Pros

      Work life balance, flexibility in work schedule, laid back environment, casual work wear, lots of growth opportunity as the company is growing rapidly, financial stability, compensation and benefits are great.

      Cons

      Growing pains- many employees who have built their careers with the company are facing challenges with all the changes that Dudek has implemented since its growth spurt. Not everyone is happy with the growth or what it means for the company.
