      Pros

      Dudek is unlike any other company I've worked for - the people are kind, intelligent, supportive, genuine and fun to be around. The flexibility in terms of job scope is unrivaled - you can literally chart your own path.

      Cons

      The lack of typical corporate structure can be difficult to adjust to at first.

      Pros

      They re eger and can quickly get help to you in the field. The administration support at corporate was great.

      Cons

      The field management (contact from corporate to field) was not too good. THey were mainly looking out for the company and the employee..."What is an employee? Oh, the people that keep us in the contract...well, it was just a business decision." (previous was a compendium of bad comments related to employees I'd heard over the course of working for them on a project in California) Communication was terrible from management to field crews.

      Great people, client focused, technically skilled. Flexiblity if you get your job done not much concern about when and where. Compensation/bonus structure. Location.

      Cons

      Not all fit within the culture, requires individual initiative and self direction.
