Pros

Working at Dudek has allowed me to pursue my professional goals with all of the support and resources necessary to be successful. When I started, I had small children and the firm was extremely supportive with flexibility, pursuit of specific clients and projects and an extremely collaborative team. The company provides opportunities for growth in the firm, working across disciplines with a very generous benefits and compensation structure with discretionary bonuses and employee owned stock program.

Cons

As the company grows, they need to ensure they are paying attention to culture. Must be self-motivated and looking a entire picture of individual growth. Your career will benefit if you are creative and motivated.

good office locations, opportunity to transfer to another office, partial telecommuting

Cons

no promotion or salary raise unless you are good in playing political games, some bullies among project managers and upper management, careless top managers, unhealthy environment, too much stress not related to work

This is a laid back company that offers flexibility, great health benefits, decent pay, variety of clients / projects, and on the most part good people.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement (to advance it was based on politics rather than knowledge/talent). The company is top heavy..,meaning more managers securing the work rather than people to actually do the work.
