Very low pay, no performance-based raises, 2 percent annual raise is the best they do so no point in working hard because everyone gets it unless they are on a write-up. Management is completely incompetent and they put their friendships with each other above the employees and the patients. Most people in leadership roles sit around all day on their phones doing no actual work or helping anyone because the pay is so low. You are better off working somewhere else because there are no opportunities to work your way up or make more money. Leadership goes after employees than are good at thier jobs

For all we do the pay could be more, it’s just enough to pay your bills. As medical assistants we are the back bone of the entire clinic.
