      Pros

      Duke Health Technology Solutions (DHTS) has made many improvements over the 10 years I have been employed. The senior leadership team is cohesive and bringing about the right changes in a positive manner. There is an increased focus on collaboration and communication. Work cultures scores have significantly improved and DHTS as a whole is leading the Duke Health organization in this regard.

      By choice I drive by other employers to get to this one.

      Pros

      Nice co workers, convenient parking. Most of the surgeons are decent as well. I believe that the people working 'in the trenches' are doing the job because they love it and want to make a difference.

      Cons

      Terrible management, No one listens to constructive criticism that could help the OR, management has favorites and absolutely abuses that favoritism.
