Pros

At Duke, we put patients at the forefront of everything we do. With my role, I was able to care for those who care for our patients. In that way I contribute to our main mission. Duke provides opportunities and development options for all team members. More and more there is an outreach to the community and support of many agencies for those in need.

Cons

It is not so much the cons/downsides, but the things that might make Duke better such as, flexible benefits, leading the market in competitive pay, identifying and using tools to effectively communicate, and continuing to hold fellow employees accountable for poor behaviors.
