      Pros

      Smaller campus, embedded in community, you know your patients well , great learning environment, Solid Nurse Residency program, free parking

      Cons

      not competitive salary for nurses compared to the other main competing hospitals (but benefit package may be better-solely depends on needs), longer commitment required to reap tuition benefits than most hospitals
