      Lower pay than other healthcare groups in the area. Although Duke has increased pay after employee strike.

      Easy work and pretty easy taking days off.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, it would be great if you listen to your staff that are in the office and didnt just do things based on numbers or what people who dont actually work in the office think and it would be nice if you could be seen where you work or if your copays could be better for being seen at a Duke office.
