      Pros

      DHTS is a leading member of the Duke University Health System. They have the heroes who work behind the scenes. Everything electronic the clinics and hospitals use, DHTS services this equipment without fail. Leadership is welcoming to ideas of employees, women have key rolls within the organization and there is a good mix of different ethnicity's within the teams at DHTS.

      Cons

      There is no current concerns other than working from home possibly, and for some that is an advantage due to kids and schooling. But being paid to work from home is not bad at all.

      Pros

      Not having patient contact in a call center. Having your own cube. Team building activities planned by the committee.

      Cons

      Felt like I was just another number. Duke will replace you quickly. Some managers actually care while a lot doesn't. People have just quit without a two week notice. Some within their 90 day probation. If there was a high call volume, you get a 30 minute lunch. It varies day to day so you never know when you get a hour or a 30.
