      Entropy - HR, other processes are cumbersome to progress,limited growth for more technical senior people. Have a very difficult time saying no.

      Pros

      Health care and technology are two of the fastest and most exciting markets and they converge in DHTS. Smart colleagues innovating and developing and solid management backing you. Culture is great. New location is outstanding. Retirement benefits and care by the best clinicians offset market average pay.

      Cons

      Reorganization is part of growth and staying relevant. Sometimes this creates turbulence across teams, but we figure it out and it’s usually for the better. New location that brings all non-customer facing employees together will also help.
