Pros

Amazing management. Dan Dore is the best manager you could ask for. Ask anyone in the department, and they will agree. The benefits/PTO are great, and the department seeks to reinvest in the employees.

Cons

Low base pay - Duke seems to receive several applications for each job opportunity. The job market seems saturated in this area, and the base salary is low. The retirement plan/health care/benefits were better than other offers I received.

Pros

Good Benefits (but you pay for them)

Cons

Low pay, no room for growth, expect 20/hour work from you for 8/hour
