      Pros

      Magnet hospital, great team mentality. Benefits and PTO are great.

      Cons

      Sometimes feel lost or forgotten in such a large hospital system. Pay is lower than other hospitals in the area.

      Pros

      My floor had a reputation of having great nurses. That has proven to be true! On days when I am overwhelmed, I am so grateful for the amazing people here. They are helpful, considerate, and kind! I feel fortunate.
