      Pros

      Duke Health Technology Solutions (DHTS) has made many improvements over the 10 years I have been employed. The senior leadership team is cohesive and bringing about the right changes in a positive manner. There is an increased focus on collaboration and communication. Work cultures scores have significantly improved and DHTS as a whole is leading the Duke Health organization in this regard.

      By choice I drive by other employers to get to this one.

      Pros

      Great experience, using TCS and mostly still BARD equipment, EJs and IOs, USG pivs.

      Cons

      Unfortunately most of the nurses even in critical areas do not have good IV skills and nothing is done about it so VAST team is used like they are a phlebotomy team
