Pros

Good health insurance benefits that are relatively affordable as long as you are willing to use Duke hospitals, clinics, and doctors. Great co-workers. Plenty of pto with flexible schedule. Monday through Friday.

Cons

Some of the other benefits are not very good. No bereavement. Only 3 weeks paid maternity leave. You have to jump through a lot of hoops for promotion. Pay is not great.
