Pros

Benefits are quite good compared to UNC. Co-workers and managers are always pleasant, competent, and helpful.

Cons

Total lack of flexibility with hours or working-from-home options makes it incredibly difficult to meet requirements of the job and any personal or family obligations. Salaries for many positions are no higher than a decade ago.

Pros

Helping sick patients with their billing and insurance questions. Very helpful coworkers. The clinic kept busy so it mad for a fast productive day.

Cons

No communications, If there was a problem that needed to be fixed on the patients behalf, staff had to put in a ticket and would not get help until a week later which frustrated the patients.
