      Pros

      Great benefits, beautiful place to work, great environment, friendly staff/faculty/students

      Cons

      Parking is not great, so you have to end up parking in a remote lot and taking a bus in unless you pay a greater monthly fee. Many lots had waiting lists so long they would take 4-5 years to move up. Pay was not great.

      Pros

      Very large institution that values the workplace culture and advancing in the health care field. They want you to continue to work up the ladder and develop yourself. A lot of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Sometimes I felt like just a number, rather than a valued employee. For example, if I quit they wouldn't have cared. But thats just part of being in a large place.
