Pros

You will learn everything you need by working here. The knowledge you obtain is something many people loves. People are nice, managements is great. Tons of team work

Cons

There is a big turn around of employers. People come here for a year or two and learn as much as they can and leave. We constantly have to be training new people.

Pros

Benefits are quite good compared to UNC. Co-workers and managers are always pleasant, competent, and helpful.

Cons

Total lack of flexibility with hours or working-from-home options makes it incredibly difficult to meet requirements of the job and any personal or family obligations. Salaries for many positions are no higher than a decade ago.
