      Easy Job Room for growth Beginner friendly Amazing healthcare benefits 401K isn't bad

      Cons

      Hit or miss with the teams You offer compared to the average market for the same job is several underpaid. Some teams work from home while others can not Duke's severance package to older employees has caused a disconnect, new folks coming in don't have the resources to be trained properly in other departments making it hard on everyone. A monthly pay if salary - not bi weekly
