PTO (holidays, sick time, vacation time) are all consolidated into one large bucket allowing the employee to spend as they like.
Cons
Some managers have little leadership/strategy experience/education. Clear description of work policies are difficult to find. Outpatient currently has a weekend commitment that cuts significantly into PTO (10 weekend days a year are essentially subtracted from your PTO bank).
