      Great company, not as competitive pay

      Pros

      They have a great staff and they follow good business practices. There is ample conniving education and opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Poor shift differentials and they have taken away incentive pay for working extra shifts. We are now required to submit our schedules way to far in advance to be able to schedule appointments and trips easily.
