Pros

The medical benefits are outstanding.

Cons

Senior and middle supply management make decisions based on theory, instead of evidence-based practice or instead of including the front line employees' opinions & concerns; process improvement and efficiency is at an all time low especially with the implementation of the new cancer center and new medical pavilion; their motto now is "work more with less." The nursing staff is unhappy and short-staffed; HR is a joke when it comes to getting a job, the Procurement department is grossly overworked, unappreciated, and micromanaged.
