Pros

Great people, feeling of contributing to the greater good, supportive, tuition reimbursement, great benefits, collegiality. Overall, it is a wonderful place to work.

Cons

There is so much bureaucracy and risk management that it often works to the detriment of development and progress. Highly focused on MDs rather than the interdisciplinary dynamics that make Duke great.

Pros

The people are great, I really enjoyed my coworkers. Top management listened to our suggestions although they weren't always implemented.

Cons

Turnover is pretty high. It was sometimes difficult to complete work due to not having enough people on staff.
