Pros

The best reason to work for Duke is the benefits

Cons

You have to come in to work on bad weather days, and if you do not show up you still get unschedules and tardies even if its twelve feet of snow outside.

Pros

flexible schedule, PTO sharing for emergencies, good health benefits, interesting work, team work between departments, several proceedures done no where else in the world

Cons

parking expensive, superiority attitude w/in upper mgmt and lab mgmt that because Duke is who they are - if you do not like it - there are 10 more to fill your place - whether true or not. Mgmt supports mgmt - not the workers
