      My motto for when I was at Duke... Do Nothing, Be Nothing... incompetent leaders are promoted, while intelligence and empathy is looked down upon. If you enjoy being treated like you are three years old and always looking over your shoulder... by all means work for Duke. People are so self-entitled they have no interest in doing the right thing. By far, the worst employer I have had in my 30 years in the workforce.

      DUHS hires and retains management that are toxic. HR knows this is the culture in the office and does nothing about it. They also don't support you when you need them to back you against quantifiable evidence of retaliation for going to them for help in the first place.
