Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at DUHS are standing beside you. They are your co-workers. There is no better team anywhere. Another reason is the autonomy allowed to explore and offer your patients the very best care--care that is evidence based--care that heals--care that transforms patients, families, and each other.

Cons

The downside is the inability to do all you may, if only because of your sheer lack of energy to experience all that is available to you.
