      - Mediocre Vision & Dental - Many strategic decisions on work effort seem to be dictated by Epic and not what Duke Health needs - Senior Leadership is obsessed with social justice messaging to the tune of 1-2 emails per week with something referencing these types of issues - Senior Leadership fails to recognize the diversity of beliefs and ideas of their employees
