Pros

Great benefits including great PTO accrual rates.

Cons

Management is so focused on the bottom line that they forgot about the employees who help them meet their goals. Coding department has some very serious management issues which has led to a very oppressive environment. They do not treat you like a professional and micro-manage everything. It used to be a great place but a few years ago it took a turn for the worst unfortunately.

Pros

Health benefits that is all

Cons

Management plays favorites. There are no growth opportunities. The pay is substandard. They claim to market adjustments yet still come in up to 30% under national average depending on experience. I thought a Top 8 hospital system would be great to work in but its all smoke and mirrors. As my wife said, no different from any other inner city hospital we could have gone to in DC
