Pros

Duke has money for the tools and equipment you use day to day, new thermometers, plenty of wheelchairs, good staffing ratios

Cons

Duke has some connection to a local diploma school for nursing. The people coming out of the program literally are 2 years out of high school with no college experience. The level of immaturity among my coworkers was shocking. I felt like I was working in a college dorm at times.
