      Great thought goes into actual product. Customers are actually excited about coming to the store 85% of the time. Decent pay and discount.

      Omni Retail Management means that each component of the company ideally operates in unison, yet they all speak different languages of priority and procedure. Company is publicly traded meaning there's no control over the Brand except by those making the money. 10 core values represent the company for 30 years and slowly fade as traditional retail models take hold of major operation.
