      Good Company that might be headed down the wrong path

      Pros

      They care about their customers and workers. Which is shown with their no bull guarantee and the efforts they go to to make a fun work environment.

      Cons

      They seem to be caring less about making sure employees are happy and are getting the hours they need. Also, while they are continuously trying to come out with new innovative products, it seems as though they are getting cheaper and cheaper as time goes on. Also, corporate doesn't seem to care much about the in-store shoppers as much as they used to, and they seem to care more and more about online shopping with every passing day.

      Great co - workers! Most are willing to help with anything you might require help with.

      Cons

      ...the local management is AWFUL!!! Advancement is not based upon skill and ability, but on how much you brown - nose. Numerous of my previous co - workers have left since I quit, due to no consistency, favoritism, and severe inconsistency in job requirements from day to day.
