-ANY LGBTQ+ persons will find that the culture here is abhorrent. There wasn't a single day where I felt like a target wasn't on my back. Unpleasant comments were made daily, sometimes multiple times per day. Problems were never really dealt with outside of a stern talking to from upper management, which didn't work. You won't be outright discriminated against, but you're not made to feel included or welcome, either. -Work life entirely depends on email signups. If people don't want to sign up, management takes it out on you. It does not matter how much else you do there. -Miniscule chance of promotion. Management would rather hire someone new than promote from within. -Unless you're a manager, you're hired as a part-time associate while averaging 39.5 hours per week. Benefits are rarely given. -For the first few months of working, management surveys your every move, while only lightening up the longer you stay.

Department managers are excessively lazy, confrontational and harass female employees. They like to cover for each other, and Dunhams as a whole is about 15 years in the past (their website is near functionless), so upper management brushes it off so their job is easy too. Go anywhere else, you will be paid better.
