Pros

You get to eat free food and drink coffees, lattes, etc on the clock

Cons

The manager and his wife are very lazy and unorganized. They cannot keep a set schedule, they treat every employee (especially me) like an on call employee, they allow people to still work there despite how ghetto they are, they praise and show recognition to the wrong employees. The manager would pay a newer employer more than he is paying an employee that has been there and has proved to him their competence, so he is just unfair. There is absolutely no room for growth here. They make allowance for certain employees, but then would scold others or fire others for something less important
