      Pros

      Cares about employees, makes a home/ Job for those who have pertinent skills, promotes from within, Family friendly, family oriented great people.

      Cons

      Depending on where your working, sometimes the job can be mundane but the pay is good the people are great (except those 50+ yr old new guys who hurt themselves on purpose to collect then throw fits when they are let go and post BS on this site)

      decent pay, somewhat decent benefits

      Cons

      Continually pushes people to work overtime. Do not adequately train on safety. If you get injured on the job do not expect them to stand by you.
