Great product, leader in the industry. 401k match. Some friendly coworkers.

Cons

Duo has slowly but surely lost what made it a great place to work. What once was a place for collaboration and free thinking has been replaced with a "fall in line" type culture. Your thoughts and opinions will not be valued here, as a matter of fact you will be punished for speaking up. Leadership is far and beyond driven by greed and their own career goals to climb the Cisco corporate ladder. Extreme favoritism towards certain sales reps.

Pros

Was a great place to work. Some of those qualities still linger. However, the culture and technology have been eclipsed by Cisco.

Cons

The acquisition bled the company of talent and has largely been a bust. Have also failed ot innovate at rate of competition. Cisco is a legacy hw company, not cloud, though it tries desperately to be.

Overall, I really liked working there, but there were definitely issues too. The codebase is a bit out of date for a startup. The company is not really a startup anymore and it is getting a little bit of a corporate culture. Communication is not very good and feedback is very difficult to get
