Management that cares, Lunches, Overtime, Great people to work with, production manager that work with you on your weakness, maintenance supervisor that actually know what he is doing,

Cons

Safety policies, promotions, cutting with jig saws, or chain saws, tube saws not worth fixing, corporate sending junk saws and coilers to use and they don't work. a lot of people smoking pot, no drug testing done
