Pros

All the supervisors and upper management are very relaxed. Used to get as many hours as we wanted before we got bought out by Dura-Line. Safety meals every week from restaurants. Very good job security if you aren't dumb or lazy

Cons

Not much room for advancement, corporate is incredibly strict on being late or even taking a sick day gives you a point and after 5 you're gone

Pros

The company had achieved tremendous growth in-between 2005 to 2009, the product base is good, variant and diversified but unless the other factors like Leadership Style, Culture, Strong Governance system are brought in place the company will lapse within no time, People are leaving & Joining Competitors at same salary which further leading to Knowledge drain and loosing of customers.

Cons

The leadership style is unfavorable, directionless and self centered. The culture of the organization is demotivating, unethical, biased & conservative. Its definitely a no-no to all aspiring professionals. Financial figures are inflated, The Domain Leaders are all like frog in the well holds no knowledge to run the business. I see no future in the company unless the top layer is changed.
