      Everything. Management is HORRIBLE, you are not allowed to take breaks (which is illegal, not that they care) there is no room to really grow, you can not get time off i missed my grandmas funeral even though i gave them a month advance. the managers find it okay to call you rude and crude names, if you did not like high school you will not like this job.

      Working at Dutch Brothers Coffee was the best experience I've ever had as an employee somewhere.

      Pros

      When I worked at Dutch Brothers I was always so excited to go into work. It was a lot of fun making coffee and getting to talk to customers. The main goal this company has is to make customers feel appreciated and to help them have a better day. Working here taught me amazing customer service.

      Cons

      There were honestly no downsides to being an employee at Dutch Brothers.
