      I have worked for Dutch Farms for 13 years. I have been challenged with new projects and tasks each year. I have grown as a professional and look forward to my next challenge. Management is fair, respectful, and truly caring. I am so fortunate!

      The office is far from my home--but it is worth it!

      Pros

      Great family owned company. They value their employees and praise you for your hard work. (Most other companies don't do this) Upper management is always willing to help with any issues that may arise.

      There are No cons if you enjoy working and working hard.
